Steve Fields

Steve started fishing at an early age in Florida (USA) for Large and Small Mouth Bass, as well as other fresh and salt water fish. A former Hobie Catamaran World Champion and Australian National Hobie Catamaran Champion in multiple classes, Steve has now turned his hands back to his original love, fishing.

The concept of the highly successful and popular Hobie Kayak Fishing World Championships hosted in Australia in 2011,2013,Texas USA in 2012 and the Netherlands in 2014  was dreamed up by Steve and evolved from his experiences competing in and organizing sailing world championships.
