ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL
Anglers are encouraged to plan their arrival for Friday, June 21st or Saturday the 22nd and it is imperative that anglers stay in the official event accommodation as we have a number of official briefings during the event.
PLEASE make all your travel arrangements so that you arrive in Tecumseh prior to Tuesday 25th of June 2024. The event team will provide the direct contact to make room bookings after successful and approved entry. For twin share or shared rooms, each person will be able to pay separately if required in partnership with the host hotel.
Host Hotel checkout will must be on Monday July 1st, 2024. All special rates end.
Provisional Official registration is from 4:00pm to 5:30pm on Tuesday June 25th. This will be the only time you can register for the event. Failing to register at this time will result in refusal of entry.
So please make all your travel arrangements to meet these important dates and times. We will not accept any request and entry will be refused.
ACCOMMODATION
You can choose between a single room or twin share, subject to availability and pricing is based on twin share. Please note the single rooms are extremely limited and we will not be able to fulfill all single room requests.
Hotel information will be sent upon angler invites being accepted.
EVENT PRICING
The Hobie Company, in collaboration with Hobie Fishing Worldwide and our esteemed event partners, is generously subsidizing the costs for anglers participating in the event. Please note that while sponsors subsidize anglers’ costs, this subsidy does not extend to partners, coaches, and guest packages, resulting in differing expenses for these categories.

REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS
No refunds or cancelations will be offered for this event once entered, for any reason and is a condition of entry.
