Day number two of the Hobie Fishing World Championships 9, saw the forty-two international anglers from eighteen countries power away from the Power-Pole start line at 06:30 today.
Day 1 leader Florian Linner from Germany is leading the event with cumulative length score of 265cm over David Morris from GB with 265cm.
Anglers are fishing for 3 Pike and 3 Perch each day and the total length overall will see someone go home the Hobie Fishing World Champion.
Florian Linner, 31 years young, and comes from the southern part of Germany. He held a fishing rod in is hands since he could stand; some some people said that I got even born with a fishing rod 🙂 and his favorite species are Zander, Perch and Pike. It’s my first Hobie Worlds and hopefully not the last. Tight lines and big fish to everyone.
